Terms & Conditions
Effective 15.09.2026 · Version 2.0
Operated by Tatvartha Wealthnest AI Private Limited (CIN U62099KA2025PTC203398, GSTIN 29AALCT9379B1ZQ), registered office at First Floor, N 11, Opposite Asha Sweet Centre and Cakewala, 24th Main Road, J P Nagar 1st Phase, Bengaluru, Bengaluru Urban, Karnataka 560041, India, operating the brand and platform WealthNest.AI.
1. Agreeing to these Terms
1.1 These Terms govern your use of the WealthNest.AI apps, the website at wealthnest.ai, and everything we offer through them (together, the “Platform” and the “Services”). By downloading, registering on, or using the Platform, you’re telling us you’ve read these Terms and our Privacy Policy (which is part of these Terms), and that you agree to them.
1.2 Some Services come with their own paperwork: the investment advisory agreement you sign with us, the consent you give on the Account Aggregator network, and the terms of our partners and product providers. Where any of those clashes with these Terms for the Service it covers, that document wins for that Service.
1.3 In these Terms, “WealthNest.AI”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Tatvartha Wealthnest AI Private Limited. “Dwaith Advisory” means Dwaith Advisory Private Limited, our partner for portfolio management and insurance. “Dwaith Asset Distribution” means Dwaith Asset Distribution Private Limited, our partner registered with AMFI as a mutual fund distributor (ARN 358625). “Dwaith Entities” means Dwaith Advisory and Dwaith Asset Distribution together. “You” and “your” mean the person using the Platform.
2. Who we are, and who does what
2.1 WealthNest.AI is registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser (RIA No. INA000022464), effective 5 May 2026. Some Services, though, are provided by our regulated partner rather than by us:
| Service | Provided by | Under |
|---|---|---|
| Investment advice and financial insights | WealthNest.AI | SEBI RIA INA000022464 |
| Portfolio Management Services | Dwaith Advisory Private Limited | SEBI PMS INP000008561 |
| Insurance solicitation and servicing | Dwaith Advisory Private Limited | IRDAI Corporate Agent 1003417837 |
2.2 Conflict-of-interest disclosure. Mr. Harsha Venkatesh is a Director and the Chief Investment Officer of WealthNest.AI, is the founder of Dwaith Advisory, and is registered with AMFI under Employee Unique Identification Number E684253 against ARN 358625, which is held by Dwaith Asset Distribution. WealthNest.AI, Dwaith Advisory and Dwaith Asset Distribution are therefore related parties. Whenever we surface a Dwaith Entity’s product or service to you, that relationship exists and is disclosed here.
2.3 Sharing with a Dwaith Entity. If you ask about, or choose to take up, a service provided by a Dwaith Entity, you agree that we can share with them the personal and financial information needed for that purpose, and that they can contact you about it. We share only what’s needed, and the rest is governed by our Privacy Policy.
2.4 Registration with SEBI or IRDAI, membership of BASL, and certification from NISM don’t guarantee how any intermediary will perform, and are no assurance of returns.
3. What the Platform does
3.1 Right now, WealthNest.AI helps you:
- Track and consolidate your wealth across bank accounts, mutual funds, equities, ETFs, NPS, deposits, EPF/PF, insurance, bonds, REITs and InvITs, loans and credit cards, real estate, gold and silver, and vehicles.
- See a family dashboard: a single view of wealth across the family members and entities you choose to add.
- Get investment advice: non-binding advice under our SEBI RIA registration, based on your risk profile and the information we have.
- Receive automated insights: alerts and observations computed from your data.
- Import statements: assisted import from documents you upload.
- Onboard as an NRI: a dedicated onboarding flow for non-resident users.
- Express interest in partner services: you can register interest in Dwaith Advisory’s portfolio management and insurance products; they then take it forward with you off the Platform.
3.2 What we don’t do. We don’t manage your money on a discretionary basis and never hold your funds or securities. We don’t make investment decisions for you. Our advice and insights are inputs; the call is always yours. We don’t guarantee any return or outcome, and we don’t require you to move or redeem anything to use the Platform.
3.3 We may add, change, pause or withdraw any feature at any time. Your use of the Platform is based on what it does today, not on any feature we might build later.
4. Who can use it, and getting set up
4.1 You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. The Services are for residents of India, and for NRIs and OCIs to the extent FEMA and other law allow. If you use the Platform from outside India, that’s on you to keep legal where you are.
4.2 You register by verifying your mobile number and finishing onboarding in the app. Keep the details you give us accurate and current. If something you’ve told us is materially wrong, incomplete or false, we may suspend or close your account.
4.3 KYC. To receive advice, or to take up any Dwaith Advisory service, you’ll need to complete KYC as required under SEBI, IRDAI and PMLA rules, which can include PAN, address and bank checks, in-person verification where needed, and registration with a KYC Registration Agency. Consent given on the Account Aggregator network is not a substitute for KYC.
4.4 Risk profiling. Advice is issued against the risk profile you complete, so tell us if your circumstances change.
4.5 Family members. When you add a family member or entity, you’re confirming you’re allowed to provide their information and, where their accounts are linked, that the right person gave consent for that. You’re responsible for what you enter on someone else’s behalf.
4.6 Your login. Keep your credentials and device secure; you’re responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us at info@wealthnest.ai the moment you suspect someone else is in. We aren’t liable for anything done with your credentials before you let us know.
5. Your financial data: how we get it
5.1 Depending on the asset and your consent, your information may come from:
- the RBI-regulated Account Aggregator framework, presently through Perfios and Finvu, for bank accounts, mutual funds, equities, ETFs, NPS and deposits;
- an EPFO interface, through a licensed vendor, for provident fund;
- credit information companies, for loans and credit cards;
- the Vaahan database, via a licensed vendor, for vehicles;
- market data providers, for prices and valuations;
- statements you upload, processed automatically to read holdings, for insurance, bonds, REITs/InvITs, and bank statements where no automated source exists;
- your Gmail inbox, if you choose to connect it, to auto-detect financial statements there (optional; see Section 20); and
- information you enter yourself, including real estate, gold and silver, and anything you record manually.
5.2 Consent and purpose. We access each source only with your consent, for the specific purpose shown to you at the time. For Account Aggregator fetches, the purpose, data types, frequency and validity are displayed before you consent, and we take only what the consent artefact permits. We use this information to run the Services you’ve asked for (consolidation, family reporting, risk profiling, insights and advice) and not for anything else without a fresh consent.
5.3 Retention. Account Aggregator consent artefacts and access logs are kept for the period the RBI Master Direction on Account Aggregators requires.
5.4 Where source data comes from. Data from banks, AMCs, insurers, depositories, registrars, statutory bodies, credit bureaus and data providers originates with them; we don’t create it and can’t independently verify it. We’re not responsible for information that’s wrong, incomplete, delayed or missing at source, or for a partial or failed fetch. Some sources cap how often data can refresh (credit information, for example); between refreshes, what you see is as of the last successful pull.
5.5 Turning it off. You can revoke an Account Aggregator consent any time from the AA website or app, and withdraw consent for other sources as described in the Platform or Privacy Policy. Once you do, we stop pulling that data and any feature that relies on it stops updating.
5.6 Data you enter, and documents you upload. You’re responsible for the accuracy of anything you record yourself; valuations we show for such assets are indicative estimates, not formal valuations. Uploaded statements are read automatically, and extraction can be incomplete or wrong for unusual formats, so review it before relying on it, and fix it in the app.
6. Investment advice
6.1 Advice through the Platform comes from WealthNest.AI under SEBI RIA registration INA000022464. It’s a recommendation, not an instruction; you’re free to accept, change or ignore it.
6.2 We generate advice from what we have: the data you’ve linked, the data you’ve entered, and your recorded risk profile. If that’s incomplete or out of date, the advice may not suit you, and we’re not responsible for outcomes flowing from information you didn’t give us or didn’t keep current. Advice is personal to you: what another client got, or the returns they saw, says nothing about your portfolio.
6.3 Projections, illustrations, calculators and expected-return figures are estimates built on stated assumptions, not forecasts, not guarantees. Past performance doesn’t indicate future results, and investments in the securities market carry market risk; read all scheme and offer documents before investing.
7. Automated insights
7.1 The Platform produces insights, alerts, nudges and summaries automatically from your data. They’re generated by software and aren’t individually reviewed before you see them.
7.2 Where an insight amounts to investment advice under the regulations, we mark it as such and Section 6 applies. Anything not marked that way is informational or educational only, not advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell.
7.3 Insights are only as good as the data behind them (see 5.4), and automated outputs can contain errors. Check anything material before you act; reliance is at your discretion and risk.
8. Portfolio Management Services
8.1 Portfolio Management Services are provided by Dwaith Advisory Private Limited under SEBI PMS registration INP000008561. WealthNest.AI doesn’t provide portfolio management.
8.2 The Platform may show information about these services and let you express interest, which isn’t an application, an investment, or a commitment by anyone. If you express interest, Dwaith Advisory contacts you off the Platform, and any relationship is formed directly between you and them under a separate agreement and disclosure document, governed by the SEBI (Portfolio Managers) Regulations, 2020. You can also approach the portfolio manager directly, without a distributor.
8.3 Where we display a Dwaith Advisory portfolio’s performance or holdings, it’s sourced from them and is indicative; the statement they issue is the authoritative record.
9. Insurance
9.1 Wherever insurance is solicited through the Platform, this disclosure applies:
Dwaith Advisory Private Limited | IRDAI Registration No: 1003417837 | Category: Corporate Agent. Tatvartha Wealthnest AI Private Limited is a SEBI-registered RIA (RIA No. INA000022464) and does not solicit insurance directly. Visitors here are solicited by Dwaith Advisory Pvt Ltd.
9.2 Insurance is solicited and serviced by Dwaith Advisory as an IRDAI-licensed Corporate Agent, and underwritten by the respective insurers. WealthNest.AI doesn’t solicit, underwrite or service insurance. If you express interest, we share your contact details and stated needs with Dwaith Advisory and, where necessary, the insurer, so they can reach you; fulfilment happens off the Platform.
9.3 We don’t take premiums, issue policies, or process claims. Acceptance of a proposal, the premium, the policy terms and exclusions, and claim settlement are decided solely by the insurer per the policy document. Insurance insights on the Platform (coverage indications, premium and renewal reminders) are informational and computed from the policy information we have; they’re not a recommendation to buy, renew, surrender or replace any policy. Insurance is a subject matter of solicitation.
10. Third-party providers and links
10.1 Some Services run through third parties: Account Aggregators and their technology providers, statutory and vendor data interfaces, market data, KYC and verification vendors, payment providers and communication providers. Product information and prices sourced from third parties are provided as-is, and making something available on the Platform isn’t an endorsement of it.
10.2 Links to external sites are there for convenience. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
11. Fees
11.1 The Platform is free to use today. If we ever introduce a charge for a Service, we’ll tell you before it applies, and you won’t be charged for anything without your consent.
11.2 Where investment advisory fees are charged, they’ll be set out in the advisory agreement you sign and stay within the limits set by the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013 (plus applicable taxes). Fees for portfolio management and insurance are governed by Dwaith Advisory and the relevant insurer or portfolio manager, who disclose them to you. Dwaith Advisory may receive commission from insurers in accordance with IRDAI regulations.
11.3 The Platform may show advertising or sponsored content; it’s labelled as such and isn’t advice or a recommendation.
11.4 Refunds. Since we don’t charge you a platform fee today, no refund question arises for the Platform itself. If we introduce a paid plan or chargeable Service, we’ll publish a Refund and Cancellation Policy and notify you before any charge applies. Where advisory fees are charged, refunds follow the advisory agreement and the SEBI rules. Mutual fund and insurance transactions aren’t refundable by us; they follow the AMC’s or insurer’s own free-look, cancellation and redemption terms.
12. Your side of the deal
12.1 Give us true, accurate, complete information, and update us on any material change within a reasonable time. Use the Platform for your own financial affairs and those of family members or entities you’re authorised to act for, not for anyone else.
12.2 Don’t use the Platform for anything unlawful, including money laundering, terrorist financing or dealing in proceeds of crime; we’re required to report suspicious activity to FIU-IND and other authorities. And don’t try to break into our systems, scrape or data-mine, reverse-engineer or copy any part of the Platform, introduce malicious code, interfere with how it runs, or resell, republish or redistribute any advice, insight, report or analysis you get from it. Don’t upload anything unlawful, defamatory, obscene or infringing.
13. Communications
13.1 By registering, you agree to receive service messages from us and, where relevant, Dwaith Advisory (alerts, reminders, statements, security and regulatory notices, grievance updates) by SMS, email, push, WhatsApp or call. These are needed to run the Services and can’t be switched off while your account is active.
13.2 You separately agree to marketing messages through the same channels; you can withdraw that any time from app settings or by writing to info@wealthnest.ai, without affecting your Services. You confirm the number and email you gave us are yours, and that messages sent with your consent aren’t unsolicited communication even if you’re on a Do Not Call or Do Not Disturb registry.
14. Privacy and security
14.1 Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms. We process it in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and their rules, and applicable SEBI, RBI and IRDAI requirements.
14.2 Data is encrypted in transit and at rest using 256-bit AES, and access is logged. No system is perfectly secure, and we can’t warrant the Platform will never face unauthorised access. We may disclose your information to regulators and authorities (SEBI, RBI, IRDAI, FIU-IND, tax authorities) and to the providers needed to run a Service you’ve asked for. Other than as described here and in the Privacy Policy, we don’t sell or share your personal financial data. You can request deletion of your account and data any time (see Section 16).
15. Our content and intellectual property
15.1 Everything in and behind the Platform (software, source code, models, design, content, reports, insights, trademarks and logos) belongs to Tatvartha Wealthnest AI Private Limited or its licensors. You get a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform for yourself on these Terms; nothing here transfers ownership to you.
15.2 The WealthNest.AI name and logo can’t be copied, imitated or used, in whole or part, without our prior written permission. If you think content on the Platform infringes your IP, write to info@wealthnest.ai.
16. Suspension, termination and account deletion
16.1 You can stop using the Platform any time and request deletion of your account and data from the app or at info@wealthnest.ai. We may suspend or close your access (with notice where practicable, immediately where necessary) if you breach these Terms, your KYC is incomplete, expired or invalid, a regulator or law requires it, or we reasonably suspect fraud, money laundering or other unlawful activity.
16.2 On termination we stop the Services, stop pulling data under any active consent, and delete or anonymise your personal data, except records we must keep under SEBI, RBI, IRDAI and PMLA rules, which we retain for the periods those laws set. Closing your WealthNest.AI account doesn’t end any separate relationship you have with a Dwaith Entity, an insurer or an AMC; those holdings and policies carry on and must be serviced with the provider directly.
16.3 Clauses that by their nature should survive termination, including those on your financial data, privacy and security, disclaimers and liability, indemnity, grievances and governing law, continue to apply after your account ends.
17. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
17.1 The Platform and the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, availability, security, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The Platform may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, emergencies or failures in systems beyond our control, and we do not warrant that it will be free of errors, defects or viruses. Nothing on the Platform guarantees any investment return or outcome.
17.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, including loss of profit, opportunity, data or goodwill. We will also not be liable for any decline in the value of your investments; for loss arising from acting or not acting on advice, insights or information provided through the Platform; for inaccurate, delayed or unavailable third-party data; for the acts or omissions of a Dwaith Entity, an insurer, AMC, registrar, exchange platform, bank or payment provider; or for unauthorised use of your account before you have notified us.
17.3 Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
17.4 Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tatvartha Wealthnest AI Private Limited and its directors, officers and employees against any loss, claim, damage, cost or reasonable legal fee arising from your breach of these Terms, your breach of any law, your infringement of the rights of any person, your provision of another person’s information without authority, or any fraud or misrepresentation on your part. This obligation survives termination.
18. If something goes wrong
18.1 Step 1: write to us.
| Your complaint is about… | Contact | We’ll respond within |
|---|---|---|
| Investment advice, the app, data or your account | info@wealthnest.ai | 7 days |

18.2 Step 2: escalate to us. Compliance Officer: Mr. Anurag Sinha, compliance@wealthnest.ai, who is also the officer designated to receive grievances under the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the DPDP Act, 2023. Principal Officer: Mr. Nishant, info@wealthnest.ai.
18.3 Step 3: escalate to the regulator. SEBI SCORES (scores.gov.in) · SEBI Online Dispute Resolution (smartodr.in) · RBI Complaint Management System (cms.rbi.org.in) · IRDAI Bima Bharosa (bimabharosa.irdai.gov.in).
18.4 SEBI Bengaluru Local Office: 2nd Floor, Jeevan Mangal Building, No. 4, Residency Road, Bengaluru 560025, Karnataka.
19. The legal bits
19.1 Force majeure. We’re not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disaster, epidemic, war, civil unrest, strike, government action or lockdown, cyberattack, and failures of power, telecom, banking, exchange or third-party systems we rely on. Our obligations pause for as long as the event lasts.
19.2 Governing law and disputes. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We’ll first try to resolve any dispute amicably within 30 days of written notice. Disputes about securities-market services are also subject to SEBI’s dispute-resolution mechanism, including the Online Dispute Resolution portal, where it applies. Subject to that, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
19.3 Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms; the version and effective date at the top change each time. For material changes we’ll notify you through the Platform or by email at least 7 days before they take effect; non-material ones take effect on posting. Continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept it; if you don’t, you can stop and close your account under Section 16.
19.4 General. If any provision is held invalid, it’s narrowed or severed and the rest stays in force. A delay in enforcing something isn’t a waiver of it. You can’t assign your rights under these Terms; we can assign ours to a group company or successor. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and any Service-specific agreement are the entire agreement between us about the Platform. Notices to you go to your registered email or appear in the Platform; notices to us go to info@wealthnest.ai. Headings are for convenience only.
20. Gmail integration and Google API Services compliance
20.1 WealthNest.AI’s optional Gmail integration connects to your Gmail account through Google’s systems. This section explains what we access and how we handle it.
20.2 What we access. WealthNest.AI requests read-only access to your Gmail account through the standard permission screen Google shows before you connect an account. Read-only means we can view your emails, but we cannot send, edit or delete anything in your Gmail account.
20.3 Extra security review. Because this access is sensitive, Google requires apps like ours to complete an additional verification and security review before offering it. WealthNest.AI has completed this review, or is currently completing it, and keeps proof of that review on file.
20.4 Purpose limitation. The sole purpose of this access is to identify and extract financial statement data (such as CAS, mutual fund, bank, credit or insurance statements) from your inbox for portfolio tracking. We do not use Gmail data for any other purpose, including advertising.
20.5 Limited Use compliance. Consistent with Google’s Limited Use requirements under the Google API Services User Data Policy:
- We do not sell Gmail data or transfer it to third parties, except where necessary to provide the feature you have consented to, or where required for security or legal compliance.
- We do not use Gmail data for advertising of any kind.
- No human at WealthNest.AI reads your Gmail data, except in narrow, permitted circumstances such as investigating a security incident or complying with a legal obligation, and even then only on an aggregated or anonymised basis where feasible.
20.6 What we keep. We keep only the connection token that lets the feature keep working while it’s active. We do not save copies of your emails or attachments, and we never store your Gmail password. Data from this feature is encrypted, and access to it is tightly controlled and monitored.
20.7 Your control. You can disconnect this feature any time from the app’s settings, or by removing WealthNest.AI’s access from your Google Account settings directly; disconnecting cuts off our access immediately. You can also ask us to delete any data already collected through this feature by contacting our Data Protection Officer at info@wealthnest.ai.
20.8 Your consent. Turning this feature on means you’re agreeing to this access twice: once through Google’s own permission screen, and once through these Terms. This feature is part of the Platform and is covered by the disclaimers and liability (Section 17), indemnity (clause 17.5) and termination (Section 16) provisions of these Terms.
Statutory disclosures
Investments in the securities market are subject to market risks. Read all the related documents carefully before investing. Registration granted by SEBI, membership of BASL and certification from NISM in no way guarantee the performance of the intermediary or provide any assurance of returns to investors. Insurance is a subject matter of solicitation.
